1. Custom Orders & Measurements

Because our products are custom-manufactured to your exact specifications, the following terms apply:

• Accuracy of Measurements: You are solely responsible for providing accurate width, height, and design specifications. We manufacture strictly to the dimensions you provide.
• Production Tolerance: Please allow a standard manufacturing tolerance of ±0.5cm (or ±0.2 inches) for all custom-cut screens and frames.
• Order Confirmation: Once you approve the quote and make payment, your order is locked for production. Changes or cancellations are not permitted after production has begun.

2. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

• All prices are quoted in USD (unless otherwise specified) and are exclusive of any import duties or local taxes in your country.
• We require a deposit (typically 30%-50%) to start production, with the remaining balance due before shipping (unless agreed otherwise for B2B OEM orders).
• Buyers are responsible for all customs clearance fees and import taxes in their destination country.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Lead Time: Standard production takes 15–25 business days. Shipping time depends on the method (Express, Air, or Sea).
• Tracking: We will provide a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, natural disasters, or carrier strikes.

4. Returns and Refunds (Custom Products)

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or incorrect measurements provided by the buyer.

However, we will offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

• The product was damaged during transit (photos required within 7 days of delivery).
• The product has a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., broken frame, mesh flaw) that was not caused by misuse.
• The product size significantly deviates from your confirmed order (beyond the ±0.5cm tolerance).

5. Intellectual Property & OEM Services

• All content on this website (logos, images, text) is the property of MBORMC and protected by copyright laws.
• For OEM/ODM clients: You guarantee that you have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or designs provided to us for manufacturing. We are not liable for any intellectual property infringement caused by your designs.

6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

We warrant our products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damage caused by pets (unless explicitly specified for our heavy-duty pet-proof models).

In no event shall MBORMC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profit, property damage) arising from the use or inability to use our products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or, if necessary, in the competent courts of Foshan, Guangdong, China.
